| The fuselage is fabricated
horizontally split. Here the lower fuselage has been placed in the
saddles attached to saw horses.
The horizontal box is called the spar
carry through. The wing spars are inserted into the carry through,
it is the primary structure to support the wings.

The rear seat rails have been installed
as well the the shear tie, which will help support the attachment of the
wings. |

| The nose gear support has been
installed. It also supports the rudder torque tubes as well as the
firewall. |

| The front seat rails have been
installed, as well as the control stick and associated torque tube.
A cable channel has been installed down
the centerline of the lower fuselage. |

| With all lower fuselage
interior assembly complete, it is time to bond the upper fuselage to the
lower fuselage. |

| The engine firewall is
installed prior to bonding the fuselage halves together. |
